When will my order be delivered?

We are doing our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Due to the current Covid-19 crisis, all orders have a delivery time of 1 to 3 days.

However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are out of stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page you will find an indication of the delivery time. Should we for any reason not be able to meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

How will my order be delivered?

Delivery takes place via the postman or parcel delivery service. In general, delivery will take place between 9:00 and 18:00 on the next working day. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery due to the Covid-19 situation.

There is always the possibility that something doesn’t work out as planned. We advise you to report complaints to us by emailing info@latalis.nl.
