It is possible that you want to return an order. Probably because you don’t like the product or maybe there is another reason why you wouldn’t want the order.  Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery without giving a reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the order from your home to the webshop are for your own expense. Please consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging shall be returned to Latalis.

To use this right, please contact us at info@latalis.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of submitting your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for the depreciation of the product. Please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.
